Sorry about the late reply - for some reason this went into my junk mail.

Presently the only pricing structure that we have put out to market is the T-Systems proposed pricing model which is subject to negotiations.

T-Systems will be targeting their top 400 enterprise customers (eg Mann) and then through their 7,000 medium + enterprise customers.

Pricing is based on the number of seats and the data usage. It is a tiered model which allows for savings per seat, the more seats that are set up.

This is outlined in our presentation on the 24th of March.

This is a fairly standard pricing model when dealing with Telco's.

I have few more questions:

What is the pricing structure for Covata Platforms for SME and bigger enterprises?

Do they depend on number of employees/sites/PCs or any other factors?

E.g.

i) Big Enterprise
- 100 sites in 50 countries - 50,000 employees - 50,000 PCs - 50,000 mob.phones
- HQ in USA.

ii) Medium Ent.
- single site --5 sites - 100 employees -100 PCs - 100 mob phones - Germany

iii) Small Ent.
- single site - single site - 10 employees -10 PCs - 10 mob phones - Australia
