Hi BagsOBucks -- sorry to hear you got caught up in an issue this morning. There were a small number of orders -- 30 in total -- that got stuck in processing. The issue was fixed earlier today and we'll be getting a full incident report from our provider to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
