You are probably right, I should start looking into other platforms like many ex members have done, the many missed opportunities I had to either make a profit (or reduce a further loss! ) have been much greater so far than the fees I have saved in brokerage fee!
It takes time in changing over and having going through more paper works have delayed my decision to change over but I will definitely consider now.
I can also understand that you don't want to loose any money either in the value of your investment into this company by responding to my negativity.
