Platina Float as HLX shareholders will be able to subscribe.
Come the float 20th then what? Will all shareholders be able to subscribe for a minimum, say 10000 shares @ 20c?
Or if an entitlement to the new shares, will small holders end up with an even smaller holding? Or will it be that all shareholders will end up with say 10000 and If you subscribe for more you will be scaled back? Does this mean the more HLX you hold the more Platina you will get? or will it go to the insiders? Can anyone assist with this ?
