Attached is a link to an interesting portfolio review paper by Hallgarten & Company that I came across on the PGM website, which includes a good overview of Owendale (page 4) and some other potential scandium producers. I note that they took a position in PGM last October before the DFS was released and have a 12 month sp target for PGM (as of April 2019) of (AUD?) $0.18. Hallgarten & Co report
I have also read an earlier report on the Hallgarten & Co. website titled "Scandium - Unobtainium no more?" that has some very interesting observations regarding potential scandium markets and producers, and the end users need to have dedicated scandium producers to ensure ongoing supplies rather than as a by-product dependent on demand for nickel/cobalt/rare earths to make the developments viable. The Hallgarten & Co. website appears to be offline at the moment so I'll have to add a link to the paper later once they are up and running again.
