a placement in these times will not affect the share price at all IMO, especially in these times. it will not only underscore the belief that investors have in the company but will also indicate to market that the projects are going ahead.
dreaming of $2 now ... anything is possible in this market at the moment ;-) at least this one does not have the same fluff as with uranium explorers.
