    Xstrata pulled the plug when Anglo and ARM commenced legal proceedings against the DMR and Genorah. They lost interest fast but NKP failed to update shareholders.

    Can you recall NKP advising its shareholders that X had retreated?

    I recall that it took two years before the Annual Report deleted reference to the Xstrata agreement.

    Never mind the past now for Zijin and whatever follows.
