WHY did Amplats blurt this restrucuring plan out?

I have to ask "What update have they made to their SHs re the PAJA over the ModikwaDeeps 9 Farms"??
It is a JSE regulation to keep SHs informed.
or doesnt it impact their share price? Just others.
If they lose these 'licenses' talked about in articles will they lose paja and other legal positions?
