There is no reason why CKA wouldn't be granted the Forestry
All the appropriate milestones and hurdles have been met as far as I know, it is just a matter of ministerial sign off now - so yes, just a matter of timing
I imagine once that is done (as it is the last major hurdle) we will see many more than just Platinum buying stock, and substantially more once Platinum finalise their funding deal
