As well as this, we have strong evidence of Nkwe management having acted in ways that we believe were intentionally detrimental to minority shareholders, ... We have just been waiting for the Mining Licence issues to be resolved, and then we will be ready to either negotiate with them or take them to court if necessary ... You can scoff at or doubt what I am saying is true ... but I have no doubt from previous communications we have had with them that Nkwe / Zijin are not taking it at all lightly, and it will be a great weapon for minorities in our fight for a fair takeover offer.

Considering all of this, as well as the fact that we should shortly have a fully notarised, registered, ready-to-go Mining Licence, I should think that there is plenty of chance for a significant upside from current SP levels.

Let's see who turns out to be correct.
