Following the new PGM ETF's we now also have launch of a Rhodium powder investment product.

It is really looking like the PGM's may well be the next big investment theme and this could make prices surge much further.

If I were Xstrata management the last thing I would be thinking about in this environment is not to execute the 50% JV with NKP.

Further we should remember that Xstrata through their Merafe joint venture is one of the biggest SA Ferrochrome producers. The SA Ferrochrome producers are trying to reduce their costs by extracting the chrome from Platinum operations and some significant deals have allready been signed. NKP being a huge platinum resource gives Xstrata further long term options in this area.

I increased my holding by a further 15% yesterday and am looking to top up further on any weakness.
