I wouldnt be surprised if they keep soaking every share until they get 19.9%. So another 30m+ to go. I would doubt there will be many sellers that would want to sell half of that amount, and more importantly as they keep soaking others are also buying and price is slowly moving up.
CKA is a traders dream stock. Buy hold and sell with limited downside.
