If NKP is taken over then whether the H farm is sold or not matters little in my opinion.
If it is sold before any takeover at least we will know how much gets into the bank account. Between 2c -6c per fully diluted shares based upon your calculations??
NKP has sold so many of its platinum farms over the years for so little in return.
