the price going down is just the brokers been silly and trying to scare people. Look at yesterday's trading, the big buys were at 41.5 to 43, then the little sellers came down to 40 with no volume. Looking at the sell side, its pretty skinny, i have a feeling that the brokers are trying to get more sellers to sell at lower price for them to pick it up.

if the deal wasnt close, price would be down to 30c now consider how crappy the market has been.
