Most platinum in South Africa, paladium in Russia, with Canada and Oz distant for PGMs, but South American is interesting too. In Oz, PGM has a jorc platinum resource at Fifield, but is fairly low grade. Next door to them in Fifield is RIM, have gold and silver and should have platinum. STB has a hint of platinum at Rosie, SIR has a sniff of it, ERL also have some and there are a few others with traces.
Best IMO is AQP, SLP and PLA in South Africa. Any Aussie miner that hits it well will go into orbit.
