I remember the 50c offer very well. Brokers had also placed a valuation of 95c and $1.35 I recall? Good old days when we had all the farms and fewer shares and options. Maredi greed won the day. We have since lost Zijins original offer, sold non core platinum farms cheap to "friends",lost two Tubatse farms, Xstrata exit not disclosed, and so its goes. The Good Old Days.
In the meantime we have received free of charge a series of lies from directors and various sources connected to the company, non disclosure of litigation, announcement re a Hong Kong listing, an off the record valuation report from a broker currently holding a number of NKP shares in trust for Genorah and the list goes on and on. No wonder long term holders have had enough and will not accept any low ball offer.
I hope that one day after we have exited that someone writes a book about our discoveries during this past two to three years. It will make the best seller list in South Africa. Maybe we can cash in on the royalties?
Cheers
