those who attended the roadshow presentation would have seen a lot more meat around the bones of the summary; e.g the sale of lady annie with offers now @$150m. when done cfe would have got all the other assets for free; stripping those assets for shareholder benefits would not exercise too much of TS's imagination. (or the shareholders' at the receiving end)
