    Just fyi... Cnj r managers in name only..

    Its a 50/ 50 jv.. with each party having pre-emptive rights over the other.. so can't sell to a third party.

    And Bar / Cnj r working together on the project.. and things get decided.. together.

    Neither party can push something through without BOTH being in agreement.
