    How's things?
    Whats going on with RSN?
    Looks like they have picked up a few other projects since I was last here. I'm a bit disappointed to see that they haven't offloaded some of those cole assets yet. What do you guys think is going to play out for 2012. Have any of you been in contact with management of late?
    Picked up a nice parcel today at 0.001 for the bottom draw.
    Hopefully they aren't in there too long.
