Looking forward to a in depth investigation, would love to have someone's head on a stick trust me.

Now more than ever I want a focused management to knuckle down, find the issues and fix them FAST.

Myself to blame, never followed anybody...countless months of research yet here I am.

Not having a pre- trial similar to docs without borders already aware of background noise was plain rookie...

Not having the test conducted without high percentage audits or constant independent supervision is totally unacceptable...first : identify all issues & rectify NOW.
Second : the head on a stick sounds satisfying...........
