Combine an offering of say $200m with Lynas contributing engineering and IP ($201m) as their part of the offering and it would work wonders with the LYC share price… Right now I think most folks are totally disregarding the value of the Lynas asset roster, NC and the boys still have some powerful cards in their hands...
