My broker tells me today "The shorters are pushing the shares down for the end of the month to as low as they can so it looks better on their books" Well if that isn't market manipulation I don't know what is!!!!
SYR management surely also knows this - so why are they not reporting it to ASIC or the ASX? Are they failing in their duties to shareholders? If a director knows something is not right, are they not responsible to report this to the ASX? Is this large scale negligence which they could be held accountable for in allowing their share price to continually be manipulated?
If someone has legal connections could you please enquire on all our behalf as i would be very interested to know their opinion against directors here.
