Management could apply for relief to the ASX on any new short positions - but they WONT - they are not investors in the company remember - none of them have large positions in the stock so they don't care.
The fact they know and do NOTHING about this is bordering negligence IMHO!!! They better hope there is not a hostile takeover bid at these levels.
