I agree, that could be highly likely that THR is held tightly by HC members, Managements/Directors & the TOP 7 Share holders

From the 2011 Annual report (31/10/11):

- WDR = 47,220,296 shares (7.85%)
- TD Waterhouse = 38,506,483 shares (6.4%)
- Barclayshare = 35,020,661 shares (5.82%)
- Xcap Nominees Limited = 23,899,000 (3.97$)
- HSDL (IWEB)= 20,006,394 (3.48%)
- LR Nominees = 20,006,394 (3.33%)
- HSDL Nominees = 19,490,687 (3.24%)

The Directors have around ~20,000,000 altogether

So Top 7 + Director owns around 40%

The only thing i am uncertain is how much of the 40% is on the ASX.
