It should only mean certainty for BEPPA holders. BEPPA will not be diluted.
If anyone is diluted it will be BBI holders.
The only way that BEPPA could be affected is if the new securties rank higher than BEPPA, but I believe that it would have to go to a vote that will most definately not be passed.
