Trainrobber - NDO has had a good run up already and Galoc is crucial - just be aware of that risk. The intention wasn't to suggest you buy NDO or NEO - the intention was to do some homework and have a 'method' for coming up with a valuation in advance should a commercial find be made.
As a comparison - consider a house that you might own - how do you know what it is worth?
Answer - look at the price (market cap) that similar houses (companies) have sold for in your suburb (sector).
Would you buy or sell a house without checking out similar ones in the area? Then why not do it with stocks?
