what do you mean their deposits figure has been "revised down" to 695k oz? it was announced as that amount right from the beginning... did you actually read the announcement of their resource upgrade on 13/9/2017?

"The new Mineral Resource estimate for the Tampia Gold Project, reported and classified in accordance with the JORC Code (2012), is 11.3 million tonnes at 1.91 g/t Au for 695,500 ounces of gold (0.5 g/t Au cut off), an increase of 125% over the previous 310,000oz estimate."

did you also notice the heading of that announcement?
"SIGNIFICANT INCREASE FOR TAMPIA MINERAL RESOURCE TO 700,000oz GOLD

I don't understand why people think a cap raise is a company 'playing games', cap raises are part of this industry they are necessary whether you like it or not.
