just been watching it since 0.16 few months back and feel like its been played with since that price.person bought at 0.25 when price was at 0.18 or so and there had not been much price movement prior to that or announcements.
So my feeling is 2-300,000 shares were bought at .016 and been played with since then to get the price up and try to get interest.
