I think alot of you guys are playing it too fine with your expectations of a pull back and re-entry IMHO.
Whilst we all try to do this it has not been a suceessful strategy ever since the Chinese quotas has been introduced.
Expect any day now a rerating by JP Morgan that will be $2plus.
There last of $1.35 was based on a basket of $24 and since then RE prices have doubled and we have had a reserve upgrade of 20% which could add 10years to mine life as well as expand production opportunities if demand is there. Also we have in place unsecured banking facilities with Malay bank.
This and the fact that there is some corporate action going on as my broker is precluded from advising me on the stock since last week and my bet is a small institutional placement to expand to 22000ton capacity ahead of schedule and i see this stock rocketing to $1.80 plus any day now.
