At the close the market was .040 buyer .041 seller. When I looked at 3:20 the market was .040 buyer and the seller was .039. In other words the seller was insisting on selling at a lower price than the price offered. I can envisage such a deal on the street: Hey mate I'll give you $1000. for your car---- No mate, the price is $900. O.K. I'll hold my offer of $1000. for an hour. No, mate the price is $900.
