Don't know why the dividend would not be safe, they have paid all the way through the gfc. Have not missed a distribution, albeit a reduced one.

My uninformed view is that with debt and income at current levels and recent events in Japan taking care of occupancy levels. That they should be able to amortize debt and continue with distributions
