I am happy to take on-board peoples opinions and thoughts on this, and if what you say is true then this should be disclosed to the shareholders openly and without the need to guess the meaning, expecting people to read between the lines is not acceptable and it boarders on withholding information from shareholders when they are voting on performance share allocation, it could breach certain business and ethical rules.
Bit of a mute point for myself as I have already submitted my vote to OBJ yesterday.
