I'm not against renumeration and incentives like share options, however its my view they have had ample incentives, to the point its not that long ago we all witnessed a share price increase that allowed them to off load at a very handsome profit and then reload with some very tasty free candy.

No more candy is required until its earned, i.e. the value of the company gets a wriggle along.

With over 6mil shares, I'm voting against resolution 5,6, and 7

What a kick in the teeth for them to say in the recent letter that they will give themselves to 2018 to get the share price above 10c, how sic is that.

Lastly I strongly believe OBJ management need to engage a professional media relations person, as investors should not have to second guess what they are saying most of the time!
