I don't think it is panic selling rather than the usual pump and dump using poor company anouncements to push the price around. Used to be in the camp demanding more communication - starting to head the other way since just about every announcement has a pump and after finished, price lower than it started at. The only periods of gradual appreciation appear to be during the intervals of no announcements. Something wrong here with the PR machine???
