Just for the record could you post your answers re the following questions in order that we can form an opinion on your knowledge and accuracy going forward?

1. Do you anticipate MAE relisting this year? Yes or No

2. Do you anticipate the sp to go above $0.006 upon relisting? Yes or No ( Prior to any consolidation)

3. Do you recommend that shareholders should sell their MAE holdings before relisting? Yes or No

4. Do you believe that MAE will have a JV partner if/when it relists? Yes or No

5. Do you believe that MAE has been able to clear all debts with creditors if/when it relists? Yes or No

6. Do you believe that some MAE shareholders have already contributed funds ( this year) in order to resurrect MAE? Yes or No

7. If you believe that a JV partner has been secured, in your opinion how much cash has been promised or advanced?

Nil; less than ....$10m; $20m; $30m; $40m?

8. Do you believe that MAE will have new board directors when it relists? Yes or No If Yes then how many new directors?
