It appears that a very good deal is being put together & the CR covers the bases on the "commitment to drill" deadline.

There is only one question I would like raised which I believe would show the level of faith the directors have in the deal;

"Will the directors be exercising the options at 50c which expire at the end of this month?"

An affirmative response would be all the asurance I require at this time in such a confidential contract.
If negative then "why not?"
