Just checked the listings for tomorrow. The time is listed as 09.30 but the room is still unassigned. The case number for reference is 201400305920.
Justice Black also has another matter listed tomorrow for 10.00 so this initial hearing won't take long out of your day. Let's all (at least Sydney holders) try to be there ... if nothing else, perhaps it will reinforce the need for Justice Black to pay particular attention to what's occurred and be aware that the process and ultimate judgement will be closely scrutinized.
