I am leaving for overseas this Wed.
I phoned the MPO info line.
I asked if I could use the generic example application form included in the ASX announcemant.
Computer said nooo.
They say you must apply on the personalised letter for the application to be sucessful since it has an individualised bar code.
So I guess I will miss out.
I will however get the difference between $1.03 and the bookbuild price so that is some consolation.
