CCP's releases look to me like they "game" their earnings to reduce the tax level, but the real result is in their cash flow. Can someone give me a reason to believe that the $40M+ free cash flow they reported last year and this year are sustainable, and not just one-off numbers associated with restructuring their collection holdings and paying off debt?
What is their target debt level at this point, and once they stop paying back debt from cash flow, how much will that add to free cash flow?
