do you know why a company is well managed, it is because it has the right tools for its people to do the job...you can have the best guy in the job but if you don't have the right tools for him, he just not as efficient as the average Joe.

do you know why WOW has such advantage over Coles for many years.
it has an IT logistic and supply chain system that are 5-10 years ahead of Coles.

I used to work for a company that do these stuff for WOW, they invest heavily in their IT Logistic systems and Supply chains to give them a competitive advantage.

so it cost them less to move thing around, it cost them less for inventory
that will translate to more efficient operation and management get the credits
for well managed company...

Coles now run by Wesfarmers and has some inroad but it still takes time to fix its system to get high return..until then return will be low as you
can see in the latest result...lot of sale but if you cant translate to decent profit what is the point?

collection house has been around for a while as a debt collector why aren't they doing as well as CCP? what set CCP apart?

since you itching to say I cant see anything special in CCP, better spend some time reading and researching to find out why.. it may takes some detective work.

by the time you done with the research you can truly see what great value CCP was in the past 12 months.
