Also if you go back and read the announcement dated 22/12/11 you will see the details of the financing you are looking for.

Basically the $134M is the senior debt facility with the balance, approx $60M, looking like being provided via a Hybrid facility.

I understand this total amount would cover Stages 1 & 2.

And to quote from that announcement "This would mean the project could be up to 100% Project financed without any reliance upon significant equity contributions from existing shareholders."

This final part has a lot of us as excited as the late Big Kev!
