I would imagine that no one looks on either EXT or BMN as the weaker party. They are 2 different entities each having a value based on the information available. I would imagine that prior to taking a position as a PI due dilligence or research is carried out, if you think its undervalued enough you buy, if not you move on - Both EXT and BMN have different stories to tell - based on each story we come to a vlaue - the value is the market cap - it just so happens that EXTs is more than BMN - it doesn't mean that BMN is valueless. I hold both these shares.
