I remind you and other posters that HC is a forum for interested people to discuss asx stocks but it is not a forum exclusively for ctp holders
There is no obligation for any parties to the current ctp issues to post on HC.
As I understand it it is the Companies obligation to put both sides of a conflict to share holders before an EGM.
Cb has previously posted that the Rebels posted their position to The Board but the Board did not pass them on to shareholders before the Rebels withdrew
We now have a new situation which will pan out not on HC but via legal process Sure we will eventually get the message on HC but this is not
The starting point but rather the last place to get official information.
I feel u are wrong to bag cb for his comments!
