You seem to forget that the decision making was all done behind closed door of the Boardroom, and JH was only one of four in that room that were making the decisions.
So, to lay the blame entirely on JH is a little too far fetched IMO.

My advice to you, take it or leave it, is not to cut your nose to spate your face.

Then again it is Democracy that we are talking about here, where everyone is entitled to their own personal views.

One more thing 1031. Just for the records, the sp didn't move up just because CP came in. It went up because JH found and brought oil up to the surface against all odds, and that alone encouraged/enticed CP to come and buy shares on market. If there was no oil, there would not have been a subsequent sp raise.

Most importantly though CP bought his shares on market and pushing the sp up while doing it, where our board decided to issue more shares at a discount to some friendlies instead, and diluting us. CP buying on market didn't cause any dilution at all.

Immagine what the sp would have been in JH was allowed to drill another well in Surprise and found more oil.
