Buddy, I suspect that Freestone is Richard Cottees employment vehicle. It is entirely appropriate to structure the delivery of your services thru a limited liability company. There are meny benefits in doing so and many people do precisely that.
Without being one-eyed, I would ask the same questions of Wesi that you ask of Freestone except I would add that in Wesi's case they were definitely not an "employment" vehicle. Registered just more than 6 months ago ...in anticipation of the CTP takeover attempt ?
