    I struggled in the US of A when I ordered a chicken salad at a gas station
    Server; Do you want salad with that?
    Me; ???? Aaah i ordered a chicken salad
    Apparently it is some mush that may or may not contain salad and/or chicken.
    I'll never know as one look was enough.
    Biscuits and gravy turned out to be scones and something like gravy
