Australians want leadership. Tony Abbott is not a leader. This is turning off many people. Avoiding difficult questions, is sowing great doubt in peoples minds as to his ability to take the tough decisions, or even the really easy ones.
The Liberal party under Abbott is looking like it is taking the same policies as John Howard took to the election in 2007. Polling by Morgan suggests this agenda will deliver a similar result.
