Sorry to chime in, but very much in the same boat as you all. Although perhaps not as sophisticated and advanced as many chartists, but equally disillusioned with the abysmal situation with these Iress charts, or more correctly what is purported to be charts, at a time when we are encouraged to digital forms of information. Informed my broker seven days ago as to the issues but in reply nothing of any consequence.
My question is - as an alternative, any suggestions from the forum ie another provider. Understand you may not wish to recommend or such, but some inputs would be welcome.
