Not for me. I was using excel rtd data quoted into my own self-coded trading system. Iress blew that out of the water with 1 weeks notice last year. I think Chess is important.
Have had a look at other systems and they all suck compared to the old non-browser implementation of former webiress.
FFS. We are in the 'computer age' and the systems are becoming totally shithouse. Why? Control.
Control of data, control of information, control of access to markets. All to favour those who will pay a premium. It's undemocratic for public markets. There ought to be a sentat enquiry into public markets in Australia things are getting that bad. Malcolm Roberts?
How hard can it be for anyone to provide an excel RTD streamer for market action?
I know from the horses mouth that Iress services still have the capability to deliver real time data.
They just pulled it from the retail offering.
Iress may as well be a branch of the WEF for public markets access they are going backwards that fast.
