I thought I was experiencing bug on the new charts that they did not populate to start with and once populated they froze after a few minutes and greyed out.
Now I have the view that these 'upgraded' charts NEVER repopulate. Not every 5 min if set to 5min, not every 15 min if set to 15min. For me they are totally dead: request and die. May as well be a half finished painting hanging on a wall.
Thought Iress were 'ironing out the bugs' but now suspect this is going to be the way it is from now: NO tcp pipe for chart updates. Not now. Not ever.
Can anyone else confirm they have never seen these charts repaint themselves at any interval?
